TOURNAMENT UPDATES
SCHEDULE
-
All teams will play at least one game on Friday, July 23rd.
-
Some teams will play two games on Saturday, depending on your bracket structure.
-
Coaches with multiple teams: We will do everything possible to make sure you are at all of your games. You don’t need to tell us. We see your name in the software.
-
The volunteer signup is available now.
PARKING AND TRAFFIC
Parking passes will be available at the tournament for $20. Carpooling is highly encouraged. Traffic and parking are challenging. Please allow extra time when planning your arrival at 60 Acres. Friday afternoon traffic in the local area is always rough. Sorry…NO RVs or trailers.
LOCAL TEAMS - PARKING PASSES
Parking passes will be available at the pre-sale price on Wed., July 21 and Thurs., July 22, at the 60 Acres North portables, from 5-7 p.m. on both days. Please do not inquire with the Lake Washington Youth Soccer office about parking passes, as they will not have passes to sell this year.
ROSTERS AND TEAM CHECK IN
All teams must check in at tournament headquarters at least one hour before your first scheduled game. This can be the coach, a team manager, or the team tournament representative.
Here's what you'll need to check in:
-
Official roster signed by your club/association registrar. The roster must have names, birth dates, and jersey numbers for each player (numbers can be written in before check-in). Your registrar is responsible for verifying/ensuring that each player is registered (insured) and validating each player’s age. Guest players must be clearly identified on your roster. (NOTE: We do not expect or want you to load your rosters into Got Soccer).
-
Signed medical waivers for each player. Any player (permanent or guest) that is not on the roster signed by your registrar will need to provide a player card from either the 2020-2021 or 2021-2022 season.
UNIFORMS
Home team wears their lighter colored kit, and Visitors wear their darker color kit. In case of conflict, the home team will need to change their kits.
FIELD SETUP
Masks for players on the field are not required at this time. Mask wearing is a personal decision and we would like to keep that decision at the coach, player and parent level. If anything changes with regards to mask and social distancing policy we will send out a specific update addressing it.
All of the fields have a canopy and bench for players. Fields are set up so that teams are on one side and spectators on the other. Please honor the posted signs indicating appropriate places to watch the games. Along the sidelines, please do not stand or sit with 2 yards of the touch line. That area needs to be kept clear for AR’s and for player safety.
No dogs are allowed on or around the fields at 60 Acres. If you bring a dog you will be asked to leave the park.
